2. Develop contacts and be genuinely nice - remember that you might end up working with strangers who are remote or you have only seen virtually
3. Get your ducks in row - Have written approvals from bank, be ready to leap once your research stars align, don’t allow to be pressurised and remember there are enough out there for all, know how to read contracts, check market and bank valuation, great rapport with lender, accountant, seller
4. Things are beyond your control- although bittersweet, who expected the Pandemic to be driving massive inter state relocation and leaving CBD ghosted. Be ready to weather the storm.
5. Stay unemotional - if your numbers work out and the confidence is high, leap without emotions.
